She did my henna as well as my friends, it’s messy and lines are not straight, I had diamond designs and it is also crooked. I won’t recommend as what my friend chose was not exactly what they delivered. Just to look after their other clients and on time basis booking, she did henna fast and charged so much.

Seraphic Beauty Salon has been my favourite hair salon and go-to wax place from the last few years. Nishu’s waxing technique is so amazing that I got very less pain during waxing. She also makes sure no hair is left behind. She removes the ingrown hair with threading which can’t be pulled off in the waxing. I haven’t seen such a dedicated beautician in my life. She does my Hair keratin and colouring as well. I have been to different places and never had good outcomes doing keratin after i did keratin at Seraphic i can see a good result and my hair grow healthy. Well recommend it to everyone.
Went in for a lash lift but I wouldn’t even call it that because it didn’t change my lashes at.all. The treatment is done in a chair as well so you’re uncomfortably arching your neck back. Then you have to sit there for 30+ minutes while the treatment processes. Waste of money and waste of my time. I asked for a refund but the owner wouldn’t oblige, the person that did the treatment ended up giving me half back in cash ($25). Oh she was also 30 minutes late as well, I should’ve known and left at that point. Would never ever go back. Photo speaks for itself, these are my lashes after the treatment, what a joke.

Amazing quality of work for probably some of the best prices in Auckland. Whenever I need to get my hair smoothened, this is where I go. Staff members are extremely passionate, caring, helpful and professional. Excellent customer service. Simar is not only exceptionally skilled with her tools but also an absolute darling!
