   asked for just a whole face threading one lady said it was 25$ next minute this other lady says 35$? I tell her I don't want any waxs she says yes no wax I get my threading and after its done I feel a warm wax on my face! when I told her I don't want wax and when she was threading my face I felt her spit on my face when she was talking to her friend or workmate i felt so disgusted and I'm very unsatisfied to the lady that was threading me on Feb 1st you are very rude and didn't listen to me when I said no waxs! and gaslighted me into going along with it God is watching all of us and that was wrong

   Excellent!!!!! Big thanks to make my day special. It was a lovely experience with Cerizma team specially Rupinder who has done my Hydro facial. I am so glad to see my face glowing and shining. My mother who was sitting outside while I was going through facial. She praised a lot the way Rupinder talked to a customer and listened her well and solved her problem. God bless you guys.

   Darlene was cheerful, provided consultation prior to keratin process. I have a respiratory illness and needed ventilation ... I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to sit in a separate area and not inconvenience others. I was thrilled with the way my hair took the solution. I enjoyed my experience and even though this visit was a Grab One promo I made an appointment for a facial and hair colour root touch up. Will be making appointment soon for foils. I look for professionalism and knowledge in a One Stop Salon ie manicure, pedicure, massage, facial, hair styling, dying and care. For friendliness, professionalism and knowledge I say they are 100%. Well done ladies... will call soon for foils.

   I showed them a photo of what I wanted my hair to look like which was an ash brown colour(pic is down below).I wanted my whole hair dyed the same colour but instead they did it as highlights. They did a foil bleach on my hair only once but my hair colour on my roots are black and the ends are brown which makes the bleach colour uneven. Each layer of my hair they did a bleach then a non bleach so it’s a continuous pattern of bleaching and non bleaching on my hair. I got told during the process of dying my hair that I would have to pay more than I would if I wanted the colour in the picture plus I had to pay more for the shampoo,conditioner and hair mask ( which was $80) for the keratin treatment. I was highly recommended to buy these things in order if I wanted my keratin treatment to stay in my hair. They kept on saying that my hair looked nice in reality it was nowhere near the outcome that I wanted it to be. I wasn’t informed what they were going to do with my hair specifically. They didn’t even tell me I needed to pay in the beginning!! They didn’t understand what I wanted my hair to look like,instead they pictured what my hair wanted to look like in their OWN ways. My hair ended up uneven with the roots not filled in with the bleach and nowhere near the color I wanted it to be. I was really disappointed and I had high hopes.
