   That lady who severed throughout driveway her name is vinni she don’t even know how to speak with customer, i went their 9 December late night around 11:50 her way of speaking is totally unacceptable rude she be like park your car there and after walk here and take your order, i will definitely let uber eats know we as a driver don’t want to go there again. She be like you are not customer what that mean? If we go there to pick up uber order, how can we do if she said you are not customer you need to wait until i severed all driveway customer.

   Not a good option for dinner at late nights. I orderd from uber BK dinner for one and plant based BK chook on 27 october 2024 around 1:45am. The food is delivered at 2.15am. When I opened the package and tasted the fries they were fully soggy, drink was fully flattened, the quality and quantity of the stuff in burgers was very bad and too low. I through the entire order in rubbish. It coats me $39.31. Which I putted down in the rubbish bin

   Highly avoid. Nice looking place with the event. Was served by Indian ladies. The shirt was thin. Probably good for summer (or as a rag). Food was horrible. I feel bad for my brother and grandpa. I got my grandpa the chicken burger or something and my brother got the whopper and I wanted to try the rebel again. Cause I haven't had that in a looooong as time. Unfortunately, they just don't know how to cook. Like the patty was burnt black and the rebel patty doesn't even taste as good as I remember it. I'll have to avoid this spot forever. I tried there soft drink machine. It tasted horrible. I didn't even bother with a different flavour. I just tossed the entire drink in the bin. ( The drink was 95% filled.) Chips were standard but I wasn't satisfied overall after that experience (especially for that store).

   Super disgusting experience. Never going back there again. Ordered a junior salad burger combo for my child via drive thru. Came home and he started eating it straight away only to find out that they have given us a burger with meat in it. We do not eat meat. I have approached the authorities about this matter. But people be very careful when you order something from this particular branch. Absolutely disgusting.

   At the end of my order the total came to 77.50$ algood. I asked for my receipt just to find out that I got charged double for cheese on the burgers which I NEVER asked for Not to mention they FAILED to put x2 slices of cheese on any of the burgers I ordered. Not to mention I ordered a bbq bacon DBL chz burger, which I really love just to open the packaging to find some ugly burger that obviously isn't my burger with some orange looking yuck sauce inside it. I'm so angry. How dare you rip me off.

   Not happy With food. Burger was cold and was not even close the picture. Patty was not fresh and was not hot as well. Lettuce was dead and even after telling the person on drive through for the lettuce was still not there. Should improve on cooking even after charging good money for food, giving low grade food. Overall disappointed.

   Recently renovated which is a bonus. The old layout was really tacky. Self service kiosk, though could do with more. Can't complain about the service or the food. Both of which was decent. Parking is OK but gets full during peak hours. The restaurant itself was dirty. Could definitely have someone do the cleaning instead of standing behind the counter.
