   Their Salts product is really bad, it burnt my and my husband's Vaporesso new coil straight away. I went to the Glenfield one to see if i could buy my usual Chosen Salts product, they dont have it and instead was recommended the Hype Cloud brand. I wasted 3 new pods so I emailed their support team, I was told by the owner 'there should be no problem' with my vape. I have used my vape for many years and it has had no issue with other nic salts products even Shosha brand one is fine, your product has issues. Email correpondence has not been friendly, no courtesy no apology whatsover I haven't been refunded hence will leave 1 star review

   Ordered online , they didn't send all of the contents. Have spent the last week trying to email and contact them daily only to be told " ill get in touch with our team and let you know " . Do NOT buy from this store , you will be ripped off and mucked around. Don't waste your time , take your business elsewhere

   Placed an order last month online and received a call next day that the products are out of stock they would check other stores and will get back to me a week passed and didn’t here anything so I emailed them they didn’t reply so I called them and asked for a refund the person who answered the phone said she isn’t authorised to perform refund then asked for my bank details and assured me that her manager would do the refund the same day, that was two weeks ago. Now they’re not returning my emails or my calls.
