Arrived at 05:55 and the boys were ready to go ... my order was strapped and loaded on my van before I got back with a coffee. Lady at the front desk let me know i was one item short which helped heeps as I needed the exact amount getting ready for an inspection. I was back at site before 7. Cheers to the staff at bunnings trade est tamaki.
Bunnings were very helpful and caring. When asked they knew where to find what I was looking for.
Very disappointing experience – I won’t be returning. There were a few Asian girls in the office who seemed more like decoration — they didn’t greet us, didn’t offer any help, and appeared unsure of what they were doing. While some staff members were initially friendly, assuming we were easy to talk to because we’re Asian, the overall experience turned unpleasant quickly. The girls were extremely rude, and the store manager was even worse — pointing at me and telling me to leave simply because I didn’t have an appointment. I was treated with no respect and ended up leaving in tears. No one, not even a stranger, deserves to be treated like that.

Went for some insulation today, quite a good selection of earthwool ones. Some gibs are back, better available selection of materials in general
Had to get some insulation sorted for a family friend. I was greeted by the lovely Nina on the phone. She was super helpful - she found the scarce stock we were after and then set it aside for us to pick up the next day. Fantastic top-notch customer service from this depot!
