   I went in there with long beautiful hair that went past my chest, left with a shitty layered hair cut that was so devastating. the front of my hair was cut to my shoulders and the back was left long, all i asked for was dead ends to be snipped. i don’t think my dead ends where that long. i’m so sad my hair looks like a toddler did it.

   We went today for our daughters first haircut at a salon. We chose sharing shed as the website said they have friendly staff and has lollies..He then called us when it was our turn, no smiles, but we did not mind it...Then, we asked for his name so that we can introduce him to our daughter who was nervous and excited at the same time..He replied "why" in a annoying tone…I said "so we could introduce him to our daughter, he responded "no its ok" still in a annoying tone. We walked out as we did not like someone like him to cut our 6 year olds hair..Disgusting customer service.. Pls do not come here..

   Took my son here a few times. The hairdressers seem to have a pretty short list of hairstyles they know and no matter what you ask for or how you describe it they just give you one of the styles they know. Last time we went my 12 yr old son got a typical middle aged woman's haircut which wasn't even vaguely similar to what he asked for. No pic sorry or he would kill me. Had to cut it myself when we got home (twice in fact, I'm certainly no hairdresser). I think it's probably fine for women wanting a certain look, and there is one guy there who can do boy's cuts (we didn't see him as he was busy with another customer) but we won't ever go back.

   Went in for a haircutcut this week. The hairdresser was quite busy with a long queue of customers but served all of them properly and promptly. She was very friendly and skilled. Gave me the haircut I wanted and the result was great. Would recommend. As a bonus, I like the welcoming styling of the place. They have those large, comfortable, old style chairs that are still in good condition.

   Usually go to Takanini branch but thought I’d try Botany branch. First stylist ignored me and served the man that arrived after me. Second stylist was friendly but I asked for straight cut just above shoulder same length all around and she cut an asymmetrical bob. Layered heavily so short in back and no layers on sides and front. Poor workmanship it’s so uneven I can’t even tie it while waiting for it to grow out. I felt uncomfortable postpartum and looked foward to having a fresh haircut but actually left feeling worse than when I went in.

   i started getting my haircut here in 2019, last year they cut my fringe. my mum kindly asked to cut just at my eyebrows, but it was way higher! one side was longer then the other. i would rather cut my own fringe then get it cut here. DONT COME HERE IT IS A RIP OFF FOR YOU MONEY!

   Able to walk in and get seen pretty much straight away. Not the friendliest customer service but my 6yr old was not bothered. It was to cut her hair shorter. The length was a little uneven. When we went back, the same lady was happy to fix it.

   This place does not deserve even a star. We took our son there to get a haircut one of many he has had before. The cut is horrible and his hair looks like it has been butchered. Not to mention how upset he got as she kept getting hair in his eyes and trying to wipe it with just a tissue. We told her several times to stop and yet kept going. She didn’t listen at all to what we wanted and did whatever she wanted. They then tried over charging us! Absolute disgusting place would never ever step foot inside again.

   They need to listen to what the customer wants I told her exactly what I wanted, simple instructions, number 2 on the sides and a cm off the top. She couldn't even get that right, and started doing her own thing. On top of that, she used thinning scissors, which I did not ask for, because I am already thinning on top, it was too late when I realized she was using the thinning scissors. Worst haircut ever. Never going back, I do not recommend this place. I wish that I read the reviews before coming here.
