   I popped in around 5:40pm hoping to get my daughter a quick fringe trim, but was turned away as the till had already been closed. The trim usually only takes 5–10 minutes so it was a little disappointing. Especially as the staff member that I was talking to was getting her hair straightened by a co-worker at the time. It would’ve been nice to squeeze in a quick trim before closing.

   My three-year-old son hates haircuts, and honestly, it’s stressful for us too. That’s why we’ve always gone back to Angela. She’s quick, patient, and has managed to get through it every single time. She’s an asset to your business and deserves five stars! However, our experience on Monday (18/08) with her colleague was the complete opposite. The moment my son got upset, she tried to brush us off. I explained Angela had cut his hair three times before, but instead of listening, she cut me off. On top of that, another customer tried to push ahead of us (despite us being next on the digital queue), and this staff member encouraged it. What really shocked me was when she turned to that same customer and asked if she wants to come back later because my crying child was “too much” — while they covered their ears! That is disgusting, unprofessional behaviour. Angela deserves recognition for her skill and patience, but her colleague’s behaviour was appalling. Shame on both her and the customer for the way they handled the situation. FYI the haircut took five minutes.

   got layers done here, the layers weren’t what i asked for. my hair got cut way shorter then i wanted it to. my mum showed a reference on what it was supposed to look like, but it looked completely different. another experience i had here was when i cut my fringe. the lady did really sloppy and fast and turned out uneven. i’d rather go to a small hair stylist.

   Absolutely disgusted by the service we didn’t get today. Normally there’s a South African Indian lady who does our little ones hair. He cries at first but settles short after and she does an amazing job. Today we were seen by an older Asian lady who simply just stood there and said oh he’s crying too much early in the morning, it’s too loud for everyone in the room then asked to leave now and calm him down. While talking to the manager on duty, she apologised and yet replied that’s not what she would’ve said. Just pure offended and upset that after months of coming, this is how a service goes from amazing to will never recommend nor return. If you cannot handle a child, simply don’t receive one and say so.
