Ordered Uber today , 30 mins serving time. Milkshake is very watery. Bacon Crisscut fries is soggy and does not look appetizing. Burgers are ok.
I recently visited Carl's for a meal and found the burger quality to be excellent, offering a genuinely satisfying flavor. However, the overall experience was significantly hampered by the inadequate customer service provided by the staff at the front counter. Upon arrival, we were somewhat confused by the self-ordering screen, necessitating assistance from an employee. Unfortunately, we were left waiting for service as the counter staff appeared to be primarily engaged in personal conversation.
Very bad experience here. Twice it happened with us. First we were missing items which we took as a human error,Today we went and ordered a veggie burger. Came home opened the order only to find out they gave us bacon and chicken burger. Very disappointed as it was for my pregnant wife
I ordered veggi burgers first time today and i found hair in my burgur. I am not happy.
About a week ago placed an order and bought cheesy bacon fries through the drive through only to be given soggy fries with more cheese than fries and just a whole price of bacon placed on the top. The last visit I had tonight ordered food through drive through and got home 10 minutes after to start eating to realise everything from chips to burgers were all cold and soggy with semi melted cheese on the burgers. Very upset about this as I’m wasting my money for horrible service and food.
No doubt the food me n my family has here has Always been Good. Only issue, they Need abit of work done with there customer service. I am a Door Dash Driver, I've noticed when picking up orders from here they would serve the Indian UberEats/Door Dash drivers first before any other even if the customer or other drivers were waiting in line first.........
Never order a priority Uber or any Uber with these guys. They turn the tracker off and do other deliveries first even if you are the closest. You get a small as cold burger soggy fries and water tasting drink with no fizz. Shocking slow useless service. Would have given a negative 5 starts if been an option
Very dissappointed. There was almost zero pulled pork in my burger and the photo was over flowing with pulled pork lol. The criss cut chilli cheese fries were under cooked and then cheese wasent even melted. The Sundays were decent but the milkshake had barely any white chocolate and just tasted like a plane shake. Very very disappointed... would never recommend this place.
Nice and new store. The food was good, except for the chips which were overdone and a bit soggy. The staff seemed to be more focussed on the drive through and took a while to get to the counter for walk in customers. On the outside, the carpark is a decent size and access into and out of the site is good. All up it met my expectations.
