   Got my nails done half an hour ago. There were pockets of bubbles in the gel nail polish which made 3 nails chip the first layer off immediately. There are brush strokes on the nails so wasn’t smooth to begin with. Came here to see what others had experienced and I’m surprised they’re still operating. The ladies were loud and obnoxious.

   Went in today around 5pm. The one on the table was really nice, then this older lady whose usually at the counter, probably the boss, came and sat on the chair beside me and started doing my other hand really fast that wasn’t in the table but next the the chair hovering in the air. She used the drill with no stability and drilled deep into my skin and did this on both fingers. Both started bleeding, she said sorry and the other finger happened. She applied the acrylic in the air with no stability not on the table as it hovered in the air. There was no time crunch, she was genuinely rushing it for no reason, she applied glue onto my skin underneath and the acrylic, the police then ended up patchy on one side that she was doing it on. There was no need for her to sit beside me on the other customer chair and do the other hand when the lady on the table was doing one just fine. The wound from that drill bled a lot and it’s still stinging on both fingers. It was my fault I didn’t read the reviews beforehand and went in spontaneously. I felt bad that they were always empty so I thought I’d go in. I realise now this place is always empty for a reason. Unprofessional and overpriced for what they deliver. The amount of cuts I walked out with. Wouldn’t go in again even if it was free.

   I wish I read these reviews first. I went in and got acrylics done. The service overall was pretty poor - the lady though she seemed nice enough, was too occupied serving every customer and doing my nails. She also didn’t really know what she was doing. It’s not the worst nail job ever but my hands do have two different shapes. And the time she took wasn’t acceptable. Now I know why she makes you pay first before she does the work. Because I wouldn’t have paid full price for my nails. I won’t be returning there.

   Broke a nail so went here for convenience to have it repaired … yesterday… can’t believe this business is still a business ! No customer skills let alone customer care or respect. I was getting gel x nails, she didn’t even bother with proper prep on my nail before she glued the tip on. Lack of care on so many levels. And that one single nail is done so badly, there is paint run, and uneven texture and nail. Wish had seen reviews before I went in. Today less than 24 hours later , nail has fallen off !! Waste of my money and time.

   Never again. Gel nails with daisy sticker detail lasted 1 hour. Stickers just slid off and left behind ugly bumpy surface that is not removable without removing entire gel surface. Cost $70. Waste of my money and time. And to top it off an all out, heated and loud argument between my technician and another, whereby she would stop doing my job, stand up and walk away to continue the argument at least 3-4 times. Absolutely pathetic professional behavior. Your business does not deserve my money and there are way better nail technicians that do.

   I wish I had checked the reviews first. This store only cares about making a profit. The quality and the care for the nails is poor. For cuticles I was cut 2 times, 2nd time it bleed and I had to show the technician. There was also a bubble under my nail. The price and care is simply not worth it, the service is basicaly what I’d expect to get at a night market. Awful. Love the colour of my nails but I expected better. Next time I’ll plan earlier and check reviews for my nail treatments for special occassions.
