   The food is absolutely delicious - We really love it! However, the customer service can sometimes be quite disappointing. Nobody likes to be greeted with a sour face or a negative attitude. One of the older Asian ladies seems to struggle with English and often gets our orders wrong. When we politely ask her to correct the mistake, she responds with a bitter attitude, which makes the experience unpleasant. I kindly suggest assigning other employees to handle customer service, as this particular staff member may not be suited for that role. PS: The food is not free - we are paying customers, and we deserve friendly and professional service to match the quality of the food. We are regular customers and truly enjoy your food, so please take this as constructive feedback. We’ll definitely keep coming back, but we hope to see some improvements in the customer service experience.

   Rudest Customer service , came in and the lady taking my order was telling us to hurry up . And sighing alot when we were trying to figure out what we wanted to order . Food is delicious but customer service was so bs . Please do work on your guys service. This is not the first time . Thought they just had a bad day . But nope its the norms

   We have always loved the fish and chips here, but our recent visits have been quite disappointing. They have definitely changed the type of oil they use and the quality of food has definitely gone down. After reading recent reviews, the ownership has changed, which explains the difference so wont be returning.

   I experienced one of the worst customer service incidents with the lady in the attached image. After being loyal customers and frequently ordering from this business, we received a shocking level of service. We ordered three dishes and paid for them, only to have the packages rip and the food spill everywhere. Instead of apologizing for the situation, she gathered the mixed and contaminated food from three different dishes and put it into another bag, along with the spilled contents. When I asked her to at least clean it up and provide a fresh replacement, she argued with me.also she was trying to charge me again for the Sauce after I asked to give me another one . I will never come back to this place and will be sharing this experience across all social media platforms. This business clearly does not value its customers or their satisfaction. Avoid this place at all costs!

   I love that Ocean Ave has a smaller size lunch option for their Chinese food option. Pretty good on portion size and flavour plus well priced. Will visit again for sure. Hope they add some good hot & spicy options on their menu.

   I only heard about this place from my parents it’s their favourite takeaways. I always come and buy the trays for special occasions. My kids favourite is the BBQ pork fried rice and the egg foo young is bussin cos it has mushrooms lol. Reading the reviews is quite confusing cos this place is the best. The prices have gone up but oh well that’s inflation for you. Other than that it’s a gem of a food place. Quality trays, I have had no problems with their service. Always fast, efficient and friendly. I’ve never been sick from their food touch wood. Thanks Oceans Takeaways for the bomb food.
