Food was terrible, the noodle with the broth was tasteless. The combo portion that was kid preferred was tiny. Some of the side dishes that were advertised on the menu were missing too. I thought it was a mistake for our table, but I saw other tables combo also had two side dishes only instead of 5 as the picture shown on the menu. Highly not recommended.

Lovely Taiwanese restaurant with authentic flavors, warm service, and cozy atmosphere. The beef noodle soup and bubble tea are amazing. A true taste of home in New Zealand!

The restaurant is located down the road from Sylvia Park shopping center, By the Penrose Road/Waipuna Road intersection on the Mt Wellington Highway. It is one of the many restaurants and shops located in that area. They had a few booths in the back and a children's play area at the back. There were also plenty of tables out front. I did get table service when I waved down the waitress but you are also able to order at the counter. This branch has a similar menu to the other places. The interesting part is that they serve a series of savoury and sweet items and have a large range of drinks including but not limited to bubble tea. They also have a page of vegetarian dishes. I grabbed a vegetarian thick soup with noodles. The noodles came with a side of veges and a slice of orange for dessert. The noodles were nice but I was expecting it to be thicker. It was quite a nice meal and they do have interesting menu items like a special duck stew.

Nice people, but terrible food. Noodles were bland. Rice was slightly burnt. Mango sago was very watery. Not worth the $50 we spent!

Saturday late lunch. Arrived with no body in however may have been due to the long weekend. Food was ordered and came within 10mins. This is a great place for vegetarians and meat eaters. You can order very small side dishes or larger meals. Free parking out front, there was plenty when we went. I would say it was a touch on the expensive side however the food was really nice and it came extremely fast therefore I was happy to pay. I would recommend this for those in a group of 4 or so or a single person.
