   A gem of a place tucked away in a sunny enclave of Glen Innes! Want ultra authentic, tasty and fresh Mexican food served with enthusiasm and flair? Chocola has it all. I love the interesting facts about cacao on the walls. Gorgeous lime juice, delicious cacao hot chocolate, sublime prawn tostada, divine sweet bread….I feel transported to another world.

   We found this hidden gem today! Food is delicious, and the cocoa products are unbelievable! There is so much to try. We will come back to try every single product.    The food was pretty good, especially the chocolate torta! That was probably my fave of things I tried. I do wish they could have a few more menu options, like flautas! They were very friendly.

   The most authentic Mexican food here in Auckland absolutely tasty fresh . Chocola is running by the Mexican family Maria and Jose, you can find vegetarian option like the Chile Relleno or the Taco prawn for the sea food lovers , guacamole fresh , salsas from chipotle until gourmet red wine reduction, cold chocolate drinks that will blow your mind !!! In few words Superb !!!!!!!!

   Easily the best Mexican food I've had. All the meals have an authentic home cooked taste. They have a range of homemade chocolate and raw cocoa. The staff are friendly and the decor is cozy. Would reccomend checking them out.

   We had the chicken enchilada, stuffed chile, hot drinking chocolate, sweet puffed bread, and fig and chocolate cake. The tortillas were amazingly soft and fresh. The drinking chocolate was something special and I highly recommend it. We will be back soon!
