   Are these new owners?!? I just had the worst food experience lastnight… it used to be so good before. The burger had the most stale buns, the sauce was just way too tangy and had a burnt taste to it and chunks of burnt coal i think was from the chicken fillet that was chewy and way too overcooked. The potato gravy tasted like mashed milk powder- disgusting. Now to the main event, the chicken tasted like it was fried in old oil, the coating with the same colour. The chicken also looked like it was coated in just flour, salt and pepper and into the fryer - so thin and it was literally falling apart you could see the flesh. Go to KFC for a better deal and quality chicken for less than what you spend here. Disappointed. Don’t recommend

   This has got to be the worst eatery in Auckland. They literally grabbed the worst supermarket grade mayo, mixed it with the worst Peri peri sauce. Then paired it with the blandest, dry, choke worthy chicken. Their potato and gravy might as well been a Cold War era mashed potatoes and water because their gravy has about as much flavour as a wet sponge. Absolutely awful. 0/10. You’d be better off picking up food from the side of the road.

   Great place to come to for fried chicken, would recommend the chicken tenders. I find myself here after 1am during the week. Closes late which suits myself. Prefer this place over KFC. As I don't get the yucky feeling after eating KFC.

   Following a hankering fir fried chicken, I tried Country Fried Chicken Otahuhu via UberEats and my spicy chicken burger was lovely and satisfying. The one piece snack pack was disappointing, the chicken thigh was juicy and tasty but the chips were over cooked and greasy. I tried their small coleslaw, which was more a grated tasteless green salad and underwhelming potato and gravy. Definitely buy a burger to avoid any disappointment.
