   The coffee was okay and extremely quick, however the restaurant itself wasn't the cleanest. The tables were dirty and the floor had rubbish and food all over the floor. It was reasonably busy, however this should still be a priority keeping the place tidy for patrons.

   I went at 12:30PM 11 of December, in-call manger was “Mark” as i’ve been told, i ordered online through the app and clearly asked for “no lettuce” as its also labelled on the cover. Yet, i received a burger in an unpleasant shape as well as added lettuce. I do not recommend going at morning shifts, i usually go at night and my order is perfect. Maybe next time go to K#C on mornings , it’s only 5 steps away.

   06-07-2025 @9.00 pm I went into the restaurant and placed an order for one Hot chocolate, kiosk didn’t issue the receipt due to internal error. Waited for 10 minutes and asked twice, the attitude of the crew trainer was very bad. After paying money, after waiting for 10 minutes, I went away without the item I paid for. McDonald’s standard and service has gone down. The toilets were locked out for customers use, both downstairs and upstairs. The current franchise owner is not customer focused. Best regards Ilango

   Waited over 20 minutes for two coffees and felt the drive through and deliveries took priority. Ordered extra hot coffees but got warm. Staff were friendly and did apologise for the delay. Internet didn’t work.

   Came here during a week day and I must say it was a pleasant visit. Most times I come here it is so busy I can't even get a table. But it's awesome to see this place as it is. Staff were so helpful and very attentive. Will be coming back.

   Staff members are friendly, courteous, and patience. Food are up to McDonald's standards and at least on par with any other McDonald's shop. They prepare and made your order reasonably fast. The downside is the queue for drive through ordering is extremely slow. You can easily take a nap while waiting for them to take your order.

   After waiting for 30 minutes they forgot my chicken nuggets and it wasn’t even busy. They remembered the sauce and not the nuggets what am I supposed to do with the sauce should I post it in my frozen coke which was half water ???? I would give one star if I could . Cheese burger had a stale bun and was as sold as concrete. At least we got to see the full moon
