   Ordered on 18 December around 2:30 AM to eat during my work break. Found a hair in my Big Mac, which is unacceptable and unhygienic. I couldn’t eat the food at all. Very disappointing experience. Cleanliness should be a basic standard

   Honestly, this Macca’s has done me dirty two times now. First time they messed up my order, promised a refund, and I never saw a cent back. Thought “ah well, everyone makes mistakes.” Came back today, ordered a Large McChicken combo plus 10-piece Chicken Bites. Got charged full price — $17.50 — and guess what? No bites. Again. Two orders, two stuff-ups. Absolutely useless. I’m not asking for the world, just the food I literally paid for. If you can’t get a simple order right or follow through on a refund, that’s a joke.

   Getting my sling bag back with my phone inside after 7 days! wohhooh! I Praise God! especially when we believe and keep having faith. After a long enjoyable and tiring day we went there to McDonald's Cavendish Drive to have dinner around 9pm before we traveled for almost 3 hours back home…… After 7 days we decided to go back to McDonald's Cavendish Drive since it was our last stop. Viola! Seeing all my things all intact was definitely one of the best feelings in the world. It was not just because I got all my things back but rather the amazing staff of McDonald’s Cavendish Drive are indeed trustworthy people. This is a thank you letter to the wonderful people who found my bag at McDonald’s Cavendish Drive and turned it in to management. Thank you very much. May God bless you and keep you safe.

   Ordered a grilled chicken burger at the drive through. Got home and found this. Unable to eat fried food so had to discard it. Been two weeks not since we have requested for a refund or replacement. No response. They simply don’t care. It’s a shame as these burgers are $20 each. Go to another branch.

   Dirty tables, we're out if biggest sauce but don't tell you until after your order is ready. Filthy dining area, every table dirty. No attention making burgers as they had bits of onion when I ordered without any.

   Seriously this is the worst Mac Donald's we had ever experienced we do Uber eats most of the time, sometimes they put wrong meals in your deliveries or sometimes they miss one of our meals and today was the worst they didn't put the burger buns on the Mac spicy, all it had was only chicken and lettuce the sauce, even more worse that they won't pick up our calls.
