Terrible experience. By far the worst haircut Iβve ever had. I had been to this barbers a few times before and had my hair cut by the guys and was fine. Last time I went I got my haircut by the lady with the short hair and was absolutely dreadful. I described perfectly to her what I wanted and she even repeated it back to me. After telling her I didnβt want the back to be cut she still cut it anyway and she cut the front ridiculously shorter than Iβd asked for. At the end of the haircut I told her that it was not what I asked for to which she replied that she thought the way she cut it was better. The other times Iβve been in have been fine but avoid the lady with short hair at all costs - wrote this review so other people avoid the same experience.

I have been a customer at St Heliers Barber Shop for over 14 years. All staff are very friendly and professional. My personal favourite is Sasha...such a nice lady and very experienced. Recommend booking an appointment in advance as it is a very popular place! So convenient in the lovely St Heliers village with parking right outside. I have no hesitation in recommending this place...best in the area!

I went here as it was more local to me. On the day they had a young lady who was clearly being trained by the boss, an older man in glasses. I thought oh it should be OK. After going back at home and seeing the many mistakes they made and my front hair gone, I was extremely disappointed. After several weeks my front hair never grew back either. I will never go back. Please don't train your staff on customers.

Arrived around 4:40, the man was eager to finish and leave before 5. Rushed my hair, lots of mistakes. Also language barrier with customer, one lady doesn't even speak English, asked for fade previously and just got no fade. $35 for this...

Were with children at the master Irina. She makes a great hairstyle for child, fast and cheap. We are happy and recommend this place!
