   No eftpos still?! Had to go away to get cash while dad got his hair cut. When I came back and finally found a parking - just at the last minute when he was almost done cutting hair Indian guy said it’s extra $5 so that was again annoying and had to walk once more to find more cash and find parking again. Need to be more upfront with ALL pricing at beginning especially when they don’t provide eftpos and are expecting all customers to come with cash. Hair cut was decent

   1. Eftpos not working for last 2 years. 2. Website displaying incorrect info you open at 8.30 not 9 3. Quality of barbers has dropped big time. You are not worth my $50 I tip your barber and I expect 100% effort. I asked for a zero low taper and all that barber gave was a straight zero. Didn’t even fade it in. Maybe he doesn’t know how to fade. He was shaking when holding scissors and clippers. Also asked to fix the beard he did a quick job of it. I am trying to fix the mess on my own now thanks. Since your eftpos has been down for last 2 years, ATM does not dispense $45 Fix your staff and eftpos or I will complain to H&BNZ next time

   Worst haircut I've had in my life. Barber was sleeping on the waiting couch upon arrival. Cut was a 0fade and there was no fade at all. Just shaved a 0 strip and buzzed a little bit. Charged me 30 dollars and asked for cash. Now on my way to spend more money for someone to fix your mess.

   Very unprofessional service. I went to reception and they ask me to wait as someone was waiting before me. Barber come to me 2 times and keep complaining about his shift. Then manager/owner saw him complaining about something and he tried to cool him down but they have no respect for their seniors and customer.

   Really disappointed with the level of service lately. Been coming here to get my 3 boys hair fades for a while now but the past few months the quality has dropped majorly. The only really good barber is the Samoan chick there that actually puts in effort to her fades. We went today and both barbers did a less than average job and charged me 25 per fade! Won't be coming back here anymore unfortunately
