   Absolutely disappointed – don’t trust Bayside Rentals! I had a terrible experience with Bayside Rental Company. They completely wasted my time with poor communication and unprofessional behavior. I applied for a property, followed all instructions, and even arranged a viewing — only to be ignored and left waiting without any proper response or decision. They gave me false hope, didn’t follow through on what they said, and left me hanging with no clarity or respect for my time. This is not how a serious rental company should treat potential tenants. To anyone looking to rent – don’t waste your time with Bayside Rentals. They are disorganized and unreliable. Look elsewhere!

   I had a disappointing experience applying for a property managed by this agency. After submitting an initial application, which only included basic details such as where I live. I received a phone call where I was directly asked whether I could afford the property. At no point had I been asked to provide any financial documents like proof of income, payslips, or references. I found it unprofessional and premature to be questioned so directly about affordability before any proper review of my application had taken place. This approach did not reflect the level of professionalism I expected in the rental process. As a result, I chose to withdraw my application.

   We've been in our rental for just shy of three years, Sue and Annette have been an absolute pleasure to rent with, each time there is a problem they have dealt with it promptly and efficiently—Sue also never fails to make us laugh! She's to the point and we absolutely love it. Highly recommend!

   I have to say I do find Sue Clark's approach extremely unprofessional. The way she spoke to me at the viewing today in a condescending manner was unnecessary. Furthermore, she failed to inform me of the viewing time. I emailed 3 times before she deigned to respond. (In addition, when I arrived, she was in the middle of a heated conversation with another prospective tenant in which she was undermining another person. Talking about other people in this way is very unprofessional, not to mention unnecessarily nasty.) By the time she finally returned my email today, it was 30 minutes before the viewing time! She treated me similarly on a previous occasion as well, failing to inform me of a viewing, resulting in my missing out on a unit I really wanted. This time, instead of emailing me about a viewing time, she responded to my query by saying "Gosh, you do answer a lot of my property ads." An extremely inane, unprofessional, irrelevant comment! I certainly will not be dealing with her again. Indeed, I am surprised she stays in business with her rude and abrupt attitude and her inability to respond in a timely manner to viewing time enquiries.

   We’ve been renting with Bayside for almost a year. We love the place and any minor issues or repairs have been sorted promptly by Sue and Annette. Her communication style is to the point, but personally I don’t have a problem with that. She’s one of the best property managers I’ve dealt with in my 15 years of renting.

   I'm a tenant of Sue's, have been for well over a year now. I needed to call the office rather than her mobile, so I quickly Googled it, and was super surprised to see all these negative reviews! Our experience with Sue has been amazing, we've found her professional and kind, so I'd like to contribute our positive experience. The thing about Sue is she's kind of like your gruff aunty, sandpaper on the outside, marshmallow on the inside. Small talk and fluffy emails just aren't her thing I guess. Snowflakes beware!
