BIt was quite a climb but trust me y'all it's so worth it. The view was really beautiful and the wind up there was really windy which i love!, you can even see whole of onehunga and royaloak!. I recommend the time to go in one tree hill is the afternoon

Beautiful preservation of green space in Auckland. Very picturesque, with tall tree canopies and beautiful fields and trails to hike.

A peaceful volcanic summit with panoramic views across Auckland. The walking tracks are scenic and relaxing, surrounded by open green fields, grazing sheep, and native trees. Rich in Māori history and perfect for reflection, photos, or sunrise hikes.

This was a beautiful walk with a stunning view awaiting at the top! Whole trip up and down took 1-1.5 hours or so, we took our time. Weather was perfect. A must-do in Auckland to see the whole city!

Great views of auckland city, must visit for any tourists to auckland. Be aware though that you will have to walk up to the summit which takes about 10min, with one moderately steep incline.

This is the best park in Auvkland. Huge area with lots of greeneries. It looks like a paradise. You can encounter some flovks of sheep and cows. Birds will sing you lullabies while you make your way to the summit. Really peaceful place and a must-visit in Auckland. Free entrance. Make sure to keep it clean so others can enjoy it for many years to come

Honestly my favorite place in Auckland. Directly located in Cornwall Park it is a stunning natural haven in the middle of Auckland. I recommend taking some time when going to breathe in the air and to look around and enjoy nature. Also going on a nice day helps a lot. Easy accessible by car with parking located at the bottom, at the top awaits the Obelisk and a very nice view. Straying off the path rewards with an emerging natural experience though. (Respect nature however) Can very much recommend.

This is the first place that me and my brother visited a day after I arrived here in New Zealand. The walk is worth the effort since I was able to capture some scenery and I was amazed how beautiful New Zealand is. A good place for relaxing and unwinding.

It would be great if we did have a tree back at the top, it's all needing to be finished really. Wonderful views, the age of the area you can feel in your soul. Take your time visiting the place, take note where toilets are! Take water! Even the area sucks water from the air. The sheep and cows are fun to have around. A must visit to the area.
