I placed an order through Uber but they gave my order to someone else and when my driver arrived they said it’s gone. The drivers name and my delivery drivers name on the app both matched so I think they weren’t careful when giving orders out. When my Uber driver tried to explain it to them they weren’t very good at communicating. I work in food as well and when an Uber driver comes and we might have already sent the order out we still remake it and give it to them cause then Uber refunds us for double orders. After all that a new driver was assigned and the same thing happened. Clearly there are 2 people coming for an order which means the order hasn’t gone out like use a bit of common sense. I have been here in person as well and they are very stingy. Would not recommend

Walked in at 11:30am and confirmed the store closes at 3:00pm. Told the worker I would be back before then. Just went back a bit ago (at 2:45pm) and the door was locked and the employee was inside cleaning up and shook her head no when I asked to come in and buy a meal. Unfortunately there's no rating lower than 1 star.

Found piece of plastic inside my sub. It was meatball sub. And also I didn’t want to mention this but I have to now, that When I went to the store to pick up my sub, cleaning broom was touched to my sub and the lady(store person) picked up the broom put it a side nd gave me the sub. This is request to the store manager or store person to keep cleaning equipments away from the sandwich station. It’s not good hygiene.

Subway has always been my healthy, fast, go to meal place. Subway is always super busy when I visit, but usually the employees are quick and speedy about getting people in and out. I like that you can build your own sandwich if you want, places like Firehouse Subs only give specific sandwich options. All of the ingredients are super fresh and I have never had a bad sandwich from highbrook Subway.
