   Used to go here but because they were always full (very popular), i went elsewhere who is away on holiday o/seas, & was pleasantly suprised to see Pacifica was open & no one waiting. Great haircut, will come on Sunday next time.

   Walked in and waited for maybe 30 mins. Told the guy I wanted a combover, mid skin fade on the sides and drop fade in the back, bloke was like yea yea yea and I walked out with my hairline pushed back and a cut that lead me to wear my cap for the rest of my trip in nz. If you want a barber that listens then DONT go here (otahuhu branch)

   Been coming here for years todays worker was not it. First her asked us to vacate the store because he needed a toilet break. Then came back and started cutting again. Only to finish cutting the guys hair then he tells us no eftpos cause its down. Fahk made us wait this long to tell us. Bring back the other guys from Pap store before u lose otahu cust.

   NOT HAPPY AT ALL!! Went in for a haircut at the Mangere Branch for my 4yr old son and ended up walking out. We both waited patiently in line as we do at any barbers we go to. They let a man who was wearing a Get Fresh top jump ahead of my son and another guy, SO RUDE. In my line of work I deal with customers with a similar waiting system and have been for 17 years. I would never let this happen no matter whom they are. Didn't even want to give my 1 star rating. I am a local and will never go back nor recommend this place.

   Because our barber was not available we went to this barber. There were no customers, so that was a good start, so we didn't need to wait. Haircut took less than 10 mins. No water sprayed on. Unhappy customers

   Have been here heaps of times and the haircuts are always good. The young guys fades are always on point and the banter always good n prices are pretty cheap. The equipment was clean razors new and the store pretty clean, would of had 5 stars if store was a bit cleaner. Highly recommended!!

   Been in the Mangere shop today. Got hair cut. But the barber used same razer blade for me that he used for the customer before me!!!! very very risky. Even in backward countries cheap barbers use new razer everytime. Didnt expect this thing in nz!!!!!!! I wouldn't go there again and would not recommend to anyone either. Beware people... Such barbers can spread life threatening diseases .
