   I went in for a haircut. Showed her a picture of what I wanted. My hair was originally up to my bellybutton. I agree to her trimming to my chest- approx 5 inches below shoulder. She cut it so it’s shorter than my shoulder. And it’s not the hair style I showed her a picture of. I asked for face framing cut. No layers at the back. She gave me a layers everywhere. Does not look at all like the picture. Do not go here. Do not recommend her at all

   Asked for highlights and perm she did it poorly and wasn't refunding my money argued, got my hair damaged, colour was bad and we had to go to other salon got to know that perming and highlights are not done together. Surly this hair dresser has no knowledge about hair dressing.

   This use to be my regular place for haircuts but not anymore. The lady cut my hair and I am certain she knew she made a mistake as she usually blow dries my hair and gives me a mirror to see the back, however this time she didnt and it seemed like she was in a hurry for me to go. If you made an error, please acknowledge it. Extremely unhappy, came home to find out that one side of my hair was noticeable different than the other side, both in length and style.
