Called up today with an urgent order. Ana (Anna?) took the call - best customer service I’ve received in the industry was from this girl. She was very efficient + polite on the pick up - even while I noticed others in the office bickering at each other (one telling another to stop yelling) Haha
Metalshaft… - Quality product, friendly team. Wrong delivery times (one week at least) wrong product delivered and consistently lied to during communication,hence the name. You’ve found the right place if you want to be shafted. Cheers.

Lady answer calls name Rebeca very arrogant & rude and doesn’t wanna listen to customers what say Emailed order on friday .didn’t get confirmation until Thursday when following over the phone no answer if she answers then she says no more phone calls!!! While i was explaining my issue she hang up on me!!! She IS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!
Front desk customer service was very good. Arriving to collect my order 3 days later was however poor as the team here had not prepared my order for the agreed collection day. I had to wait about 1.5 hrs to collect a rather small order. I would certainly advise doing a follow up on orders to ensure they are ready for collection.

I needed a short length of gutter for a small repair. They have a small amount of off cuts and they a piece perfect for what I needed all the staff were very helpful and I so able to complete the job, thank you metalcraft.
