   Came here for a blow out. Would not come back. Generally if I'm paying for a blow out I expect brushes and a hair dryer. The hair dresser did say she'd use a straightener, and I went ok, maybe she knows something I don't know.. But no, as expected, the volume was non existent. This was for an event and I had another appt straight afterwards, so no point asking for it to be fixed. Within a matter of hours of simply getting dressed and driving, my hair was flat and straight. Had a friend help do my hair later in the night (with the same tool-a straightener) and what do ya know, THAT hairstyle stayed in all night. Also went to a JustCuts maybe a month later and received a blow out just as part of a cut, and they actually used brushes and a hair dryer and the style stayed put until I washed it out the next day.

   Nope. Hairdresser was in a hurry, barely looked at the picture I showed, didn’t listen to my request, gave me a horrible haircut then got irritated when I asked him to alter it at the end. I asked for a hush cut style, ended up with a weird bowl cut in the front and some very thick layers at the back. Would not recommend.

   I’m someone that avoids getting a haircut because of previous experiences where I leave feeling unhappy with how it turns out or the hair stylist not delivering on what I wanted. From the very beginning of the appointment, Sarah made me comfortable, paid close attention to what I wanted/didn’t want and kept checking in to ensure we were on the same page! Very happy with how my hair turned out and will be a regular customer!

   Very happy with the service here. I firstly walked in without a booking and wanted my hair done and I was quickly seen and seated by the friendly staff. Although I didn't Initially like the colour they were more than happy for me to come back in the following morning to fix it. I was then serviced by Sarah who got the colour spot on! She took on board what i was envisioning and produced the exact colour i was wanting. Great skills and customer service I'll be back to see her. Highly recommend!

   I came into the salon with a highlight that i did myself and wasn’t happy with, and the stylists did an incredible job correcting it. They took the time to understand what I wanted and made sure the result was exactly what I hoped for and the color came out beautifully. Later on, I had a change of plans and decided I wanted to go back to a brown shade and they handled the change of plans so well. The final color was stunning and the process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Also the products they used was really good quality and the shampoo and treatments made my hair feel reallyyy soft and left it smelling so good. The staff were kind, attentive and had lovely manners. Highly recommend this salon!

   Absolutely loved my haircut done by Fivian!!! I literally just showed her a picture of how I wanted my haircut & she managed to style my hair even better! I loved how she had an amazing knowledge about hair and gave me tips as to how I can style my hair by myself as well. I reached there prior to my appointment & was looked after so well, whole staff is super friendly. Highly recommend!
