   I recently visited this salon for my first haircut in three years, and I was instantly dissatisfied with the experience. The environment felt disorganised and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. I didn’t mind the young woman at reception, as it was clear she was likely just an apprentice, but the actual stylist wasn’t even present when I arrived—she came in nearly 20 minutes later. During that time, my hair had already been washed and I was seated, and I made it clear to both staff members that all I wanted was a simple wash and trim. Instead, the stylist began cutting without confirming anything with me and took about three inches off before even asking how much I wanted removed. This was extremely frustrating and disrespectful, especially considering she ended up cutting far more than I asked for, leaving my layers uneven. With thick hair like mine, it’s important to cut layer by layer something I’m well aware of, even if it’s been years since my last haircut. Although I didn’t address the issue on the spot because I was in a rush, I left feeling completely unhappy with the service. For $85, I walked out not satisfied at all, and I absolutely would not recommend this salon.

   Soo happy with the outcome. Not only did I get A wash and a cut I also got advice, ideas and a very lovely service. It was fast. I have always known hair cuts to be slow and take time but with a busy schedule like mine I know I will be back. Can't wait to come back before christmas :D

   Only place I trust with my thick and curly hair!! I have been to several salons my whole life that have made me feel so bad about my hair type. The girls here make me feel so comfortable and ever since I got my hair cut and highlighted here, I have been more confident with my curls because they style it so well. The girls here are amazing at what they do, they're so quick and efficient, while also giving great customer service. Pricing is also really reasonable!!

   The hairdresser was really lovely! thanks for ur time.. however the final result wasnt what i asked for.. you should have told me first you couldn’t achieve the color I wanted bcus of my hair color rather than waiting until after bleaching my hair to mention that my dark black and a bit of red hair was the problem. I don’t think it’s fair to pay for something I’m not happy with, especially since it’s not even finished… it was $490 , shegave me 90 discount bcus i was not happy w it.. paid 400 but i thought its still too expensive for what it is,, so they refunded me 150.. but i think $250 is still expensive for this kind of result..its not fair.. they didnt offer to fix it.. the last photo was the hair color i wanted.. Given the cost, I was hoping for a better result.. Getting my hair done was also quite painful especially with all the pulling and washing. I know some discomfort is normal, but it felt too much at times. it feels rushed If I had known beforehand that a lighter color for my hair wasn’t possible at your salon, I wouldn’t have gone through with it… no olaplex or any protection was used during the process as well,

   I booked two girls to get blowout hairstyles for their school ball. I confirmed the price, style and duration beforehand by sending pictures. However, when we arrived, the hairstylist ignored the requested blowout and instead trimmed and curled their hair. There was no wash or blow dry for either girls. The stylist charged 65 each, even though it only took 45 minutes for both girls. I questioned the pricing based on the salon's lower displayed prices for teenagers, but was told there was a different price for ball hairstyles. I reluctantly paid as we were in a hurry, but was disappointed by the high charge purely based on the fact it was for a school ball, nothing extra or special was done - unless you did something extra, just charge the standard fee for the service you provided.
