    Food we got here was great. However, food vendors need to be more friendly and inviting. I found that I had been awaiting to be served with no one in line with me and was being ignored for some time. Understood that there is one person manning their station but at least acknowledge that you are aware of your customers and greet them advising of the short wait. Not only that, customer service was unfriendly at multiple stations. No smile and they just looked bothered and tired. Some of the staff were very friendly.

    I always love coming here with my family & friends, the only food court where we are regulars & always find the time to dine in. The staff at all the stalls are all friendly & have excellent customer service, I have tried all the dishes at each of the stores & have not had any complaints for the number of years ive been here. Although I am thankful that this food court is still around & I have no issues driving from West Auckland to eat here! Highly recommend the food, its all made with LOVE!!
