   First time staying here. Great location for visiting family in the area. Clean rooms and great amenities. And it's quiet too. If you think you can save a few dollars staying elsewhere, consider what they offer here. You've got a dishwasher, washer and dryer - complimentary detergents. I'm here with a family of 4, and we can do laundry every other day and save time without going to a Laundry or washing dishes. Hot water will easily handle 4 people showering. Just over the road is the Botany Mall, with several supermarkets and a big range of shops. It's about 15 minutes drive to the motorway north and south. If you drive, you get a free carpark too. Thumbs up! Actually, no. Don't stay here - next time I come back, I don't want it to be fully booked!

   5 day stay visiting from Australia and we couldn't fault the accommodation. Felt homely, well appointed rooms, full kitchen set up, we shopped at Woolworths and New World, both within 5 min walk. We prepared all meals in the room saving on takeaway. Huge, and I mean huge, shopping complex across the road. We had relaxing views, and very quiet, no night time noise at all. Gym was well set up, didn't use the pool but it looked very clean. As for staff, Wati was lovely, she was helpful and obliging. Can not fault Nesuto Newhaven and 100% recommend staying here on your next visit to NZ. Photos show view from lounge/balcony.

   Nesuto Newhaven is a great place to stay for a month. Everything is within walking distance including the busy retail complex and the restaurants. The manager makes sure our stay runs smoothly and makes it easy for us to extend our stay. The gym, pool and small playground add to the overall experience. Parking is also very easy to access. We had no problems cooking because the kitchen is well stocked and immaculate. We just have to bring food. Despite the first-class amenities and service, Nesuto provides excellent value for money. This makes Nesuto a great choice for longer stays. I highly recommend Nesuto newhaven for affordability, comfort, hygiene and value. I can't wait to go back!

   Apartment is big but not that clean. You can see that it’s older already, like the couch for example feels completely worn out as you’re literally sinking into the cushions when you sit on it. Some parts are really filthy like the greasy and dusty shutters in the kitchen for example - yuck! Service was nice, location is convenient. Having a dishwasher and washing machine inside the apartment is also a plus.

   Stayed here for the Christmas 2022 and new year 2023 break. First there was a miscommunication with payment but that was sorted in a breeze. Booked x4 two bedroom apartments for my family. The apartments are spacious and clean. There were a few problems with some apartments. The pool was suppose to close at 10pm but unfortunately due to maintenance they had still not changed the time on the locks, so some of us were locked in after 9pm which we had to climb the fence to get out. Called the office the next day, and they had let us know that gates automatically lock on a timer, and they could not get someone out to change timer to day light saving, even though there sign says facilities close at 10pm.Despite all that, we made the most of our stay and all enjoyed our time here. I recommend this place for bigger families, and will definitely be booking with them in the future.

   Good location, easy access, very clean, friendly helpful staff. Large complex with apartment outlook to centrally located grassed area overlooked by multipal apartments. Recieved a free upgrade which was great thanks. Not all apartments have airconditioning which was the only negative during a heat wave, fans were provided which did help. Would stay again.

   Our room was spotless and very generously fitted with everything we would need durring our stay. Place is very clean with good quality furniture and fittings We were very comfortable during our week long stay A little bit of mix up with our late night check in but it was all sorted out quickly by friendly staff. Very good value for money. Would stay here again

   Kia ora Newhaven, Thank you for our stay! Had a great rest, while we could there. Now on our arrival, it was obvious that your cleaning staff had missed a few spots as we found a condom right next to my colleagues bed and the bathroom had a stench of urine that we could not get rid of. Your tenant staying below, was rude and uninviting as she would stare out her window like we did not belong there and it actually became scary. Other than that, had a mediocre stay with Waldorf. Will not be coming back, that is for sure!
