Terrible experience with this catering place and we only went with them a 3rd time due to no other catering services being available (food menu does look good, don’t get me wrong). They have no respect for the families that they are catering for and for them it’s just a hard and fast job that they want to complete. Would be lovely if the workers showed love and smiled while doing their jobs especially considering the large amount that is spent on their service. Do better please. It’s not like people want to be in that position.
We recently held a funeral for a loved one, and Parker handled the catering. While the food was satisfactory, the service was incredibly disappointing. Despite being informed that the catering was scheduled for 2:30 PM, they arrived at 1 PM and, instead of acknowledging their mistake, responded with attitude when my grieving aunt sincerely apologized for the misunderstanding on their part and tried to rush everything. I don’t typically write reviews, but this experience felt especially frustrating. When you provide services. Make sure you’re giving these people their moneys worth and serve with a smile. That is all we ask for.
I was given the run around from day 1 because I wanted a roasted pig. I went by the store end of October, told to come back 1st Dec, went back and the store was not open. Rang to be told they had already placed their order, they recommended that I buy a pig and they would roast it, rang and left messages on their cellphone and messenger and got no reply for hours. And when i did get a reply i felt like i was dealing with 3 different people. Communication was so disappointing, I would not recommend their service!!!!.
Thank you so so much! Matilda and her team were amazing, they used up the whole area & decorated & set up and it looked amazing & tasted delicious. First ever time catering & we will definitely be using your services again. So much food left over & our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was especially the taro & muscles. The pig was cooked to perfection. I don’t know what else to say but it was AMAZING service with a big huge smile, and food topped it off! 10000000 percent recommend PARKER CATERING!!!!!! And ask for Matilda her teams the BEST! Malo aupito Ofa atu.
Amazing and Exceptional service from the Parker's Catering Team.. Thank you to Matilda and the Team for everything! Our guests were very spoilt, food was delicious, service was fast and efficient (no such thing is wait time) communication with the team was amazing. Matilda and the team helped us put on a celebration for our beautiful mother's final day!. A feast we had fit for our Queen and we thank you for that. Highly recommend them for any function! From the Mealamu Family we will would like to extend our gratitude to Parker's Catering, especially to Matilda and her team for making our mums day so special. 5* Service!

Had sought date availability for my son’s birthday - Parker’s confirmed they were available. Emailed the signed contract and screenshot of deposit, they acknowledged receipt. Two days later they advise they were refunding deposit as they were “fully booked two weeks ago”. Umm huh? Responded via email of my disappointment and that I would leave feedback advising as such - their response: “17th was fully booked 2 weeks ago We have four functions that date already Go ahead & leave whatever feedback you want”. Judging by the historical reviews very little has changed. Lesson learnt - Remember to check customer reviews.
First time buying from Parker’s catering and unfortunately might be the last. The marinated chicken was a little on the raw side that we ended up having to reheat it to be cooked more thoroughly. The coconut mussels weren’t de-shelled/cleaned properly and were left with tiny dead crabs in them. Also I found myself chewing on the actual mussel shell itself and it was unpleasant. I gave 2 stars because the coconut bananas were basic/nice and were edible. I hope you take this into consideration and work in areas that needs improvement. Thank you for your service. Faafetai lava
