Dont take your tools here. Find somewhere else, only had issues taking company and personal tools. Lost our dewalt vacuum, took paslode gun in and on pick up its not the same gun. Avoid at all costs just not worth using un trustworthy people who misplace your stuff when you think its safe.
Had a warranty issue with a miter saw and manufacturer directed me here. Getting parts was slow but that is a consequence of supply chain issues. Colin went out of his way to deliver excellent service and get everything back to me as soon as possible, Highly recommended. Thanks Guys.

charged me to repair my impact driver which was under warranty and they couldn't even fix it, just keeping it real. This happened back at your Boston road branch, it was a Milwaukee m18 Surge impact driver. I didn't request for a quotation, I was told to go there from the supplier that I bought the driver from and show the warranty card I was given, time came around to pick up my driver and was charged on the spot, I wasn't notified of having to pay anything the first time I brang in the driver. I would have been fine with paying if the driver was fixed but the guy said nothing was wrong with it :) Long story short I took it to another repair shop and they replaced it with a new one right off the shelf no questions asked.
Top of the list for trade people. Very informative. The boss would go the extra miles to help you out with good advice. I would have saved nearly $800 for repair if I had went to this place in the first place.They even went into the trouble to complete a repair that was not accomplished by the crowd I sent the equipment through to for repair when the equipment failed to work and didn't even charge for the service.
