Waited 20 min to be served then got rudely attitude from the asian lady’ didn’t even wanted to help me , not recommended
There’s a young girl that works there, she was the only one in the store at that time. She was already spending ages with another white lady, but the lady was trying on multiple pairs of shoes. Staff member saw me with a shoe I wanted to try on but ignores my existence and takes her sweet time tying each individual lace for the lady in a very slow pace. When the staff member finally gets my shoe she just takes it out of the box, laces not looped in and shoves the shoe in my face, and quickly goes back to tend to the other lady. Is it because I’m Asian or something? Please train your staff on how to behave if they find themselves being the only staff member there.
This store is one of the worst store I been across platypus (botany) all male staff are rude and not welcoming they dont care if the customer is around and when you're asking them about what shoes to have they seem to be giving negative energy not wanting to do sale. Please replace your staff specifically the asian dude who just want to be a display in the store
I was about to buy a shoe, but the male staff today on Thurday 15 May, at 1:27pm. He ask me how it is going but i the way like he just ask for fun and doesnt care about it he asked and he looked down like there is no customer there. Bad service
Went in store to find a birthday present and was served by Megan. Amazing customer service and helped me find the perfect gift! Will definitely be going back to get myself shoes.

I remember the first time I shopped in store on Queen street Auckland from the arrange of styles they had so many in store considering that shop was literally small to what they have now in store, (10x bigger ) the arrange of shoe styles are not catered to everyone. What's happening with the arrange of shoe styles ??
An amazing experience on the phone with mika, she help me out with getting the size I wanted from another store. Best service I've received. Definitely the type of service I would love to get where ever I go. So to the lady name mika. You deserve so much praise on helping me get the sizes I want for my shoes. Didn't even have to stay on the phone long. Quick to pick up their call. & also called me back once she has done trying. one happy customer. Will be shopping here again.
