My father visited the store yesterday regarding an issue we had with our tap. Jayden and his colleague were so prompt with identifying the issue, ordered the correct part, and within a day the part had also arrived. Very effective with their communication skills as well. Called my father today advising the part had arrived and we got our annoying tap fixed. Great to see customer service is still a thing in todays time though this was excellent. 5 stars. Really happy.
