   I don’t often get my hair cut so it was fantastic to get good service from the very first phone call to Mood Hair Studio. When I walked into the studio I could tell straight away what wonderful relationships the owner builds with her customers - there were people walking in just to wish her Merry Christmas and customers booking their next appointment as soon as she’d finished with their last. Stoked with the haircut I got too, briefly explained what I wanted and she got it down to a T. Thanks again!

   Always a great experience here, came from a different salon and would follow my hairdresser if she left. She knows exactly what I like and does a great job every time. Nice ladies always friendly and happy to help. Only ever had one bad experience and it was with a Keratin smoothing treatment, definitely wouldn't go back for this.

   Felt ripped off - $100 for a hair up for my 13 year old daughters Dine and Dance and it was a hack job to be honest.. not equal at the back, as soon as we walked out it dropped, poor curls at side, wasnt washed or straightened.. WROUGHT!! Eldest had her hair done at Servilles Ponsonby for $75 and was excellent job! Why do these people think they can charge more than Auckland prices for a less than Auckland job... DO NOT RECOMMEND
