   Me and my kids were about to order our food but the person only took the people that were behind us and we have to order from the drive through to pay. Another story was when my son was finished with his doctors appointment and was ordering and when my wife and child came back and look in the bag, there was no cheeseburger(it was during breakfast time) so my wife had to get the burger again for my son.

   Very disrespectful and unprofessional attitude from the night staff members at McDonald's Manurewa. The employee serving me had a permanent frown and exuded hostility, making the long wait time even more unbearable. Their body language was closed off, and it was clear they felt no obligation to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, it seems there are no consequences for this rude behavior.

   before packaging food please ensure you are packaging the RIGHT items. i ordered a LARGE ice chocolate and received an ice coffee instead. i paid an extra $1 and for what? you cannot blame uber delivery for this.

   I always dine here. But today when I ordered the Big Mac & customized no ice for my drink, this is what I got. They just removed the ice and didn't even fill up the cup. Disappointing! I just don't want to argue anymore with them.

   I'm annoyed to give this place a 1 star because they honestly deserve no stars. Awful place, terrible service, poorly made stale food, uber service takes an hour plus just for dry cheesburgers. Truly the worst customer service / food I've paid to recieve. Yuck. Should be shut down.

   Please don't buy from this McDonalds, Manurewa Mcdonald has the worst food burgers are never made with care half a hash brown and cannot even describe the other Mcmuffin. Was hoping to attach photos of the careless efforts that they put into their food. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE OF PREVIOUS COMMENTS AND AVOID IF POSSIBLE.
