Such amazing service !! I was greeted by Will who was super engaging and friendly. Also helped me throughthe menu. Rare these days to get such incredible service food was great also highly recommend .. :).
Trying to find somewhere to park just to do a pickup is getting really, really difficult here. 20min round trip, but 30mins trying to find parking long enough to pick up an online order. Not Burger Fuel’s fault but now bad enough making me reconsider whether to order from them. And that sucks.
Love this Takapuna branch. Always consistently good, both food and service. Awesome staff who are really on to it. Would be nice to have some water though, especially if we sit down at the restaurant to eat.
Way too crowded for its own good. Under staffed. Staff clearly is not paid enough. Most of the team is a bunch of teens fresh out of school. I would recommend coming back to this restaurant once they sort our thier team and management.
Great place to come to hand over 50bucks and wait half an hour. If you're after a feed try somewhere else. Not only did a 10min order take over half an hour to do, we got 2 cold burgers, 1 cold (but at least cooked ) chips, and 1 hot chips, but only partially cooked, still hard in the middle. The burgers would have been nice if they weren't cold. Not much else positive to add.
In a hurry and tried to make a phone order whilst driving.. tried calling 4 times with no answer. Arrive to see one customer and literally nothing on the grill. 4:24pm on a Wednesday the 26th of April. No excuses, weren’t busy at all - lazy.. waste of my time having to sit and wait for my food when I’m on the way to a funeral.
Went tonight, was really good. Food was hot and fresh, actually put together with alot of care. Well impressed. Thanks.
Good burgers and fries. The beef was juicy and tender, and the fries were well cooked and tasty. We all also enjoyed the thickshakes and fried chicken pieces. Only thing to note is that it does get very warm inside the shop, so maybe try and snag one of the outdoors tables if possible.
