Very authentic Guilin rice noodles - tastes like home. The soup base is rich and flavourful. Portions are pretty big and worth the price. The lady running the store is friendly. Quite a well regarded store in the community. They have other types of broths / toppings too. You can add quill eggs as an extra which is nice. It’s in a food court style area so there is a chance you may need to wait for a seat during very busy times.

Pretty good noodles. I was very happy with the amount of toppings provided (meat, nuts, kelp, chilli sauce). A very solid choice for lunch. There are some cheaper options out there, but Gui rice noodles has some good potential. I’d love to try out some more options to get a feel of what else they have to offer.

I can’t stop thinking about these noodles! Previously I had only tried the packet Luosifen noodles, so I came to this place on the recommendation of a friend, to try the real deal. They absolutely did not disappoint - I think that was the tastiest noodle dish I’ve had in my life (but to be fair, I LOVE Luosifen noodles)! The woman who served me was also super friendly and helpful! My only regret is that I don’t live in Auckland, so I’m just going to have to dream about these noodles until I get a chance to fly back up!

Old friends rice noodles, the taste is great. The amount of meat slices is large and fresh and refreshing. There are plenty of vegetables and bean sprouts, the soup is rich, hot and sour, fresh and salty, a bowl of hot, very enjoyable to eat. About NZ$16-18 per serving of rice noodles.

Personally, Would not recommend or come again. But in fairness it is a stall in the food court which caters more to someone who wants to grab a quick eat. We had the No.1 dry Guilin rice noodle and Luo Shi Fen. To be honest, even though the portion were good but they were a bit disappointing: Tasteless and the meat was way too salty. The supermarket sold instant rice noodle would have tasted better in my view and also cheaper. Definitely not the good Guilin noodle I had in Auckland.

Missed it when I am traveling overseas. Still the same taste- not salty not too much but just right. Added extra rice noodles and meat. So satisfied after having it.

Not for me, but it's for those who eat everything. There are lots of items in the soup, huge portion of meat and veges, soup is sour and nice (different than Tom yum). Half of the customers in the food court ordered from here.
