Pamela and Mark were very helpful. I wanted to get a necklace fixed in an unconventional way and had been to a few jewellers beforehand - all of which turned me down as they thought it was not possible or too difficult of a job. I stumbled across Mark Beckett Diamonds just as I was about to give up and Pamela and Mark listened to my concerns/vision and conveyed it to the team who is involved in the “workshop” side of things. Even managed to get my piece back before Christmas in the way I envisioned it! Thank you so much, the piece holds great sentimental value to me so I am so pleased that it was fixed so that I could wear it again!
