   Maybe wait for your customers to finish asking their question before arguing with them? I came in last week asking if I could get a faulty product exchanged. Instead, one of the staff began arguing with me about how my product wasn't faulty and the pock marks on the earrings was because of poor lighting. She didn't even check the product before arguing with me! You can clearly see that these marks aren't normal in the photo. It seemed she was assuming I was trying to game the return system. I'd rather have a non-defective product in the first place than listen to her go off about lighting differences and wasting my time. At least her coworker started listening to me and gave actually helpful information, which is why I've given two stars. I'm grateful to the other staff member for helping me fix the problem.

   I recently went into Lovisa in Newmarket mall with my friend. We got our ears pierced by this amazing girl Kate. I just wanted to take the time to write you an email saying just how incredible she was. She was so calm, kind, accommodating, patient and just so lovely. I hope you can send some sort of compensation to her because it was by far the best customer service I've had in years.
