Pretty disappointed with my experience. Emailed for a quote and was advised to pop in any time for a brief visit to get a more accurate quote. Turned up to what I thought would be a brief visit. Was there for nearly 50 min. No communication whatsoever about what was happening or how long it would take. The woman at the service desk was pretty unpleasant. While I waited in frustration I had to listen to her and her co-workers unprofessional chat about her hair extensions and more. Left without a quote. Will just go elsewhere which is a shame because your shop is conveniently located.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Would not do any diagnosis work on my Golf R because I had not had it serviced with them before and was told that after I had it towed there despite confirming the day before with receptionist.
