    Quite simply the worst experience I’ve ever had with a mechanical workshop. Took my 996 Turbo in for a service and repair to sunroof, mechanism rattling. Had to take the car back to have oil/grease removed from passenger seat and service book signed (ignored despite requesting twice) The following day while driving in rain found alcantara roof lining absolutely soaked through as sunroof incorrectly repaired. They really could not have cared less despite me calling the Regional Manager Tony Elsmore on two occasions to register my dissatisfaction, as despite having the car for a further three days the sunroof is still not repaired. Further to this they claimed my power steering pump was faulty and wanted $3500 to replace. Since then another workshop has correctly diagnosed an overfull reservoir as the issue, $80 to rectify. Also ordered a replacement sill panel, promised by Service Manager, never heard back. Simply unbelievable from people who claim to be the best in Porsche. What a joke!

    My advice to you is to stay far far away from this dealership as they are not reputable. They wanted to charge my mother $6000 for a $600 repair. If I could have given them a no star rating I would have but that wasn't possible to have this posted.

    100% authentic and poor service attitude. I don't know if it is because Porsche's sales have reached the standard or other reasons. When you walk in and no one greets you, is it difficult to say "hello"? No sales greet it as if the customer does not exist. When my wife and I want to know more about it, the sales let us browse the information online without providing real vehicles for testing and feeling, which is simply disgusting. So we decided to buy a vehicle in Giltrap Porsche！ not in here！！！
