   I had my deep cleaning done today and I was very anxious beforehand, but Jack was honestly amazing. He was so gentle, patient, and reassuring the whole time. He explained everything clearly, checked on me often, and made sure I was always comfortable. I really appreciate how calm and supported he made me feel throughout the appointment. Thank you for turning something I was scared of into such a positive experience.

   I had to have a tooth extraction (one of my front teeth) I was not looking forward to it as I am a health professional and didn’t want to be seen without a tooth. I also required bone and gum grafting on my front lower teeth. My upper tooth was extracted and the implant with a permanent tooth was replaced immediately . I was surprised as the replacement tooth looks so natural and no one knows I had surgery. I had no pain and no swelling or bruising from the implant surgery and gum graft surgery. Dr Longbottom explained his process thoroughly and made sure to answer any questions I had. He also provided great resources for post-op recovery and really wanted to make sure I was healing properly. His staff called several times to check how I was progressing as I don’t live in Auckland. Highly recommend Dr Longbottom and his team for any periodontal issues but especially if you require an implant.

   I can't recommend highly enough Kim Penney, Senior Hygienist at Noble Dental. I have had a lot of periodontal care over the years but I have never come across a hygienist who is as thorough as she is gentle. You would think the two are prerequisites for an oral hygienist but it is not always the case. Kim was even thorough enough to detect some decay under a crown which hadn't yet been spotted by my dentist. She is also pleasant, friendly and genuinely interested in her clients. She is a very valuable asset to Noble Dental.

   I went to Noble dental Remuera today and Kim did a superb job! It was the best dental cleaning experience I ever had and I will definitely come back. I also had a consultation with Dr. Richard which is very informative. I highly recommend this practice! Update - I went back for a tooth extraction with sedation and it was absolutely amazing. I am very impressed with how painless and smooth my surgery was! I was nervous at first due to my traumatic experiences with extraction from other dental practices and I also knew that my case is complicated, but Nurse Maya helped me throughout the process with so much empathy. Dr. Richard effortlessly inserted the line on my arm to start the sedation! I was also at ease to know that Dr. Garth and nurse Eve were there to make sure the sedation also runs smoothly. Noble Dental team are obviously the dental experts! I cannot wait to get back there for my dental implants!!!!!

   I was very impressed!! I have known the team at Noble Dental for a while now, but have never been there for a hygienist clean. A few weeks ago, i was thinking its time to get my teeth cleaned, as i had missed my last appointment due to lockdown. Normally i would go to my local dental practice and get the hygienist to clean my teeth, but this time, I thought i would book an appointment with Kim at Noble Dental, to see what a hygienist clean at a periodontist practice would be like. Wow it was a game changer, the attention to detail, and care was outstanding. Kim made me feel at ease, didn't rush and spent the time to explain what was going on inside my mouth. For me, the difference was huge, and to be honest has changed my mind on where i want to go each year to have my teeth clean. Thanks Kim and Noble Dental, I will definitely be back.
