   Unfortunately I must have received the 'lemon' version of these bikes as well as post service. This was my first e-bike (Rangler) to which I was mightily excited about and was like 'puddy' in the hands of the Hikobike team. They seemed honest enough and knowledgeable however thats about where it ends. I now feel taken advantage of, sold an inferior bicycle and above all - ripped off. Battery died first, then motor died, then finally the frame has cracked. Each time I (as they had no service shop centrally) I needed to return the bike to the owner or Hikobike itself. No replacement bike provided when it was my only form of transport to work. And I was incredibly patient with them around these key faults. I even would drop off for a service but that stopped when they charged $1000.. They obviously wanted to claw back a new motor they had to provide under warranty. The final straw was them pawning off a replacement bike that grinded under the crank when peddled. This was when I asked for something as my orginal bike was breaking down constantly - only after 4years... Infact each year something would break or bust. So I am done with Hikobike and thoroughly annoyed I was again told to 'move on' indirectly with a bike that was obviously a second. In short - cheap 'Chinese cookie cutter' weak powered bikes that are doomed to breakdown. There are better brands out there but do yourself a favour and the expense and avoid these crooks. Very BAD taste left in mouth and out of pocket and I have a substandard bike with a cracked frame...

   I test rode a Hikobike at 99bikes and thought it was amazing and the best value ebike on the market. Unfortunately, they didn't have the colour I wanted as they had sold out. I, therefore, got in touch with Hikobike directly and spoke with Olly, who was hugely helpful in getting the colour for me. Great purchase! I've been riding my Hiko for a couple of months now and wouldn't trade it for anything.

   I bought a Hikobike Vibe for my girlfriend as she's on the shorter side, and it has a slightly smaller set-up than the other bike on the range. It's a brilliant bit of kit, extremely comfortable, has loads of power and the battery length is excellent. Olly, the owner, was brilliant to deal with and really knows his stuff. I believe Hikobikes are the best eBikes on the market for their price range by a mile. So much fun, I highly recommend; everyone's so impressed when they try it.
