   We had an unfortunate experience with this company. Took a tool in for repair & service. We were advised a part needed replaced, that the sales team would source the part and come back to us. 8 months later, still haven't heard anything when we get a call asking if we are picking up the tool. Not repaired, no part sourced and no explanation. Very disappointing service, wouldn't recommend
