   Pretty slack customer service, you will be waiting for staff while they are sitting behind the counter for several minutes, no acknolwedgment or be with you soon.. overall experience 2/10 and the lady that works there might need to refresh the skills. as i've had no problems taking in stuff to the other staff members but have no luck when it comes to being served by the lady lol and its the same thing ive pawned before at least treat your customers respectfully,not make them feel like, beggars and you only take items made of pure gold lol

   One of the places you need to go if you need a bit of fast cash and have an item you're not using at the moment then bring it in to fast cash and get a loan on it, the staff love meeting new people and helping where they can, not to mention they have the cheapest redemption rates out of all the pawn shops in town.

   1 star for friendly staff on the other hand sold me a controller that dose not even work just wanted my money back but can only be replace or repaired. what's the point of that when sold a faulty controller anyway. would not reccomend buying anything from here.
