   The place looks nice outside and at the reception. I don’t normally put 1 star for service because I understand how hard it is to work in hospitality, but it was so hard to talk to the people working in this place. Staff have very minimal english to the point that there were 2 of them trying to understand us. The machine is on Chinese character and settings was set as it is. You’ll get 1 food and 1 drink per person and you can take away if you don’t finish it. However, due to language barrier the other staff ended up throwing it away and didn’t even offer to give a new once as it was not touch at all. The melon tea that we order was too sweet. The room appears clean and nice. They come to your room fast enough to answer the service bell but again you’ll ended up talking to them for 5mins due to the language barrier.

   Excessively expensive! I’ve ask to pay BEFORE. To not finish with a bad surprise on the bill. I end with 300$bill for an hour on happy hour . Impossible to know what they charge me for everything was written in Chinese.

   Don't go here. Prices are dodgy and very expensive. They don't have much songs, the interface for inputing songs is so slow and not user-friendly at all. You have to keep standing to go to the screen (like an iPad on the wall) just to get a song in. An hour of karaoke cost us $160 for the 4 of us and we only had juice drinks with that. Never again. No wonder they have available rooms when almost all KTVs we called were full.

   You ask for water and they give you bottles that they charge for. They then charge 200 dollars for a 'cleaning fee' for vomiting (which we offered to clean) after they make you spend a min of $30 per person to do karaoke without really checking up on wether people are getting intoxicated... Food was not encouraged as it should be with drinking premises, which admittedly nobody would want to even order their food anyway... poor host responsibility and overall lack of compassion and customer service don't waste your time.

   Great location, set-up and rooms are nice and big with decent sound system. Slightly limited selection of songs, and lack of English text but we perservered! Rooms were tidy, but toilets not, and drinks prices weren't really good value for money - but overall, a good night out.

   Loved the large range of songs. 9/10 Customer service was 3/10 :( The Japanese curry rice was too salty. 4/10 Would come back for the good range of songs p.s. the girl working at the front desk is pretty

   We gave the waitresses a list of food we wanted, it was all written down and after an hour of only having received half our order we went to them and asked about the rest. They claimed to have not gotten any of the other orders. They also came back saying that most items were no longer on their menu. The waitresses spoke almost no English which made talking to them very difficult. The room was large and seated many people which was good for our requirements. The room appeared clean and the furniture looked nice. The music selection wasn't awful. There was not a very large list of English songs, there was a lot of Beyonce and some ed Sheeran. Only a few modern pop songs. Most were older hits. I was not disappointed but the experience could have been better.
