   We had a wonderful stay! Pennie and Paul are fantastic hosts—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Pennie gave us lots of ideas on where to go and what to see. The accommodation was spotless, spacious, and beautifully renovated, making it feel fresh and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better, close to everything we needed while still offering a peaceful retreat. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you. Michele from Sydney.

   VERY friendly staff. Clean apartments with washer/dryer, kitchen, electric kettle, dishes and pots, small dishwasher. Everything I needed. Nice location with restaurants, shopping, etc steps away. Easy to uber to attractions, or walk to the museum, rose park, etc. Note the Heather street access has a half flight of steps, which can be avoided on Falcon and down a short alley...admittedly not obvious. Small gym and indoor/outdoor lap pool.

   Amazing location, clean, tidy, walking distance to a lot of good places, pretty great room too although we had two rooms on separate floors which was a little odd for one booking. All and all good experience!

   Stayed with another couple in a two bedroom apartment which was spacious and comfortable. It's a perfect location in a great neighbourhood but near enough to be able to walk into the centre of town and other places of interest. The gentleman at the desk was helpful and friendly. The only thing that would have made the stay perfect would have been able to open the windows in the bedroom as it was really hot and stuffy at night.

   Stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. It was well-appointed and huge. Great value for money. The only hassle is the steps to get up to reception, which is an issue if you have heavy bags. There is a lift and luggage trolley via the basement carpark that can be used.

   Wonderful experience with Quest Parnell. The room was comfy and clean. Washer and dryer was a really nice perk allowing us to wash our clothes mid-holiday. Location was nice, walkable neighborhood with good cafes and restaurants. Extremely accommodating staff. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and didn't realize till day of, they allowed us to adjust without hassle or fees :)

   Lovely clean little room. Very comfortable bed. Had dishwasher, sink, stove, washing machine and dryer in our little room. Perfect accommodation for our first nights in Auckland. Reception staff were lovely and friendly. Would definitely stay again.
