   Nothing wrong with it but it's just rows of seats so hard to see 5 stars. I don't know that it could be any better though, after all, it's essentially a waiting room

   An elegant opera house built by the French with classic French architecture with good facilities. This a small but beautiful building which attracts a lot of photo shoots.

   Four staff in hostess area having the most lively conversations between them for ages. Not a good look when people walk in and annoying if you sit close to them chattering. Seems a typical Air NZ thing, always at least two staff chatting. Had the same on my flight, instead of doing another round of drinks or so they rather chat in the galley. Oh how I wish we Kiwis had more choice when it comes to flying.

   Friendly place in the rain on a wet winter evening. Home away from home. Great coffee and healthy nice food. Lots of areas to sit and up high so nice views. Easy to find regional Koru club above ground and car staff. Staff are pleasant, coffee Is hot and travellers to the regions find good varity of food and drinks. Lots of room and one of the best domestic koru Sites. Well done.

   I'm pretty familiar with both domestic and International terminals and last week the Air NZ staff were amazing. I only had literally a few minutes after dashing from International to Domestic before bag checkin closed after delays with another carrier in Australia. I went straight to a customer desk near the bag kiosk and she was fantastic, did everything so quickly and reassured us that we could relax. We then had the loveliest air attendant on out flight back to Kerikeri that I've come across. It was a late afternoon flight, gloomy weather but she never deterred from being assuring, and absolutely appearing to love her job. Just what you need on a flight.
