Noor Beautician is the one ladies! She has unbeatable pricing and she so lovely. Really thorough in threading and cleans and shapes brows like a natural! I have already won my sister and best friend over to Noor beauticians and those two are super fussy about who touches their brows and face! Fast and friendly response! Highly recommended.
