   Love my hair after my most recent visit to Blush and Blow. Im always impressed when Claire get my colour exactly right, every time. She would be the best colourist I have ever had. Rodney always does a superb job with shampooing and massaging in a conditioning treatment. I always feel a million dollars when he blow waves my thin, drab hair into a bouncy, blonde bombshell.    WORST EXPERIENCE AT A HAIRDRESSER IVE WVE HAD. DO NOT GO. I believe the guy’s name was Rodney, and from the moment I walked in, it was a nightmare. I was literally four or five minutes late, and he was already in a foul mood, yelling at his dogs when I arrived. Instead of greeting me like a normal professional, he just stared at me, made insulting comments about my hair, and gave me the most half-hearted, sloppy wash I’ve ever had. It felt rushed, careless, and honestly uncomfortable. When I sat down in the chair, things only got worse. At one point I lightly touched a strand of my hair (for all of two seconds), and he snapped at me in this sarcastic, nasty tone: “Are you finished or am I finished?” It was humiliating. He kept being rude and snarky, to the point that I actually started crying in the chair. His response? Not empathy, not professionalism just, “There’s no need for crying, I don’t know what’s wrong with you.” The level of cruelty and disregard for basic respect was shocking. I walked out $65 poorer, completely humiliated, and feeling worse than when I walked in. My hair looked mediocre at best, but the emotional toll of how I was treated was the real damage. I would not wish this experience on anyone. Please don’t waste your money or your dignity here. Save yourself the trauma and stay far, far away from him. I don’t know what to do because i think he literally owns the place
