Honestly just don’t go anywhere near. I needed a quick trim as I was going away and hadn’t booked my usual hairdresser. I wasn’t expecting much just a trim on the length. . I instead got utterly butchered . I tried to speak to the women , she didn’t want to know , completely shut me down. ( I guess she is well rehearsed at this stunt) and she said if I don’t like , don’t pay . The payment wasn’t the question it was the unevenness of the cut that needed to be rectified . was happy to pay for the time although there was no service . She instead left me in the chair and took off doing something else. I went to the counter to pay and she would not serve me . Utter disgrace . Get what you pay for I guess .

I went to The Sharing Shed Eastridge this afternoon to have my hair washed with shampoo and conditioner. After it was washed the Asian female hairdresser towel dried my hair by the basin it was so wet I put it up in a ponytail. Usually other hairdressers there get me to sit on a chair so they can blow dry it so my hair is not to wet when I leave the hairdressers. I will not go back there to have my hair washed again and it has put me off going to The Sharing Shed Eastridge for a haircut.

AVOID! Unbelievable incompetence & negligence from 3 different ‘stylists’. Asked for 2cm trim for each of my 3 girls and showed with fingers. Two children had 15-20cm cut off - 2+ years of growth for their slow growing hair! One is now a bob, the other shoulder length. Both uneven. One with the worst layering and thinned ends. I was trying to watch the others so couldn’t see. Eldest had 8cm hacked off, and into an uneven ‘u’ shape. I query if these people are even trained to cut hair. A drunk person off the street could have done better. I asked for VERY simple 2cm trims - not an unreasonable ask for a budget salon. My instructions were clear. There is one good women (who people queue for) the rest are beyond terrible. This was last year and it’s a slow journey to grow hair back and many tears. AVOID this place.

I really don’t know why there are so many negatives in the comments. This is a very standard barber shop, not a big stylist salon per se, if you need fancy cuts with best professionals and high cost this is not the place. But if you need a simple cut with a reasonable cost for sure this is it. I was served by Grace and very friendly Korean lady who made sure I got what I needed.

The new shop is amazing. I had a haircut here yesterday. A lovely gentleman washed and styled my hair. Great experience, thank you. Highly appreciated and recommended.

Shockingly bad haircut, at an expensive price. Did not check which way the sides of my hair went, and cut it the wrong way. Large patches of neck hair were unshaved, and hair was left on mine and the next customers' face, not blown off. All for $35. Would rather have not cut my hair at all.

I suspect some reviews here miss the point. This business offers standard low cost hairdressing services. If you want a fancy “do” look elsewhere and expect to pay substantially more. These guys have looked after my hair for over 3 years and I’ve never had a bad cut. You can’t buy a Corolla and expect it to perform like a Maserati.

Shocker of a cut. The barbers/hair dressers average is about 50 and they’ll give you a cut from 80’s too. Avoid if you want a decent cut, miles behind any of the barbers you get in the city.
