Booked an appointment this afternoon with Shani. I haven’t had a haircut in such a long time and I am so so happy with it. My hair has never looked shinier or healthier. Definitely coming back!
I have been to many salons across Auckland and asked for curls but my hair can not hold curls at all. So I thought. I got my hair done at 3pm today and they are still holding strong at 10pm while I write this. Amazing! Great service, quick, amazing value. I’m so grateful!

I had a blow wave here on Saturday and it cost me $103. That is the most expensive in Auckland. I was told the price upfront which is good and agreed. I was expecting something really luxurious and I was so disappointed. I told her I wanted my hair washed with purple shampoo and she said a purple conditioner thing would be better blah blah. Anyway she hands over to the wash girl and doesn’t convey any of this to her. My hair was washed for 3 minutes. Honestly I was so incredibly shocked I was back in the chair I checked my phone. The blow wave did look nice they did it very fast my appointment was 30 minutes (I checked). That is extremely quick for long hair and for the price. It didn’t feel like a treat at all. I also hate that when I come here they talk about products and try sell. Maybe if they spent more time on my service instead of trying to meet KPIs people would buy from them? The hair did look great so the skill level is there but all in all this was a really disappointing experience.
I had a wonderful experience with Priya. I went in wanting a change and she chose a hair colour that was well suited to my skin tone. She also styled my hair and I am loving my new look. I would recommend to friends and family. Thanks (Wendy Wind)

Rather disappointed with this salon. Friendly staff but generally speaking the service and the end result of my hair wasnt worth the hefty price tag. For the price i wouldn’t expect to walk out with over toned hair that was grey instead of ash blonde! And when I queried it I was told just wash it 7 times and it’ll be ok… very disappointed! After the 7 washes it is a nice colour, so colourist was on point but the toner was left on too long by another staff member and immediate results were grey…
There are not enough words to express how grateful I am to have come across an amazing group of professionals! From exceptional customer service to the incredible eye for detail - I am beyond obsessed with my new hairstyle. A big special mention to Hina & Vjosa & their team - I came in with a simple photo and you have just exceeded all expectations! Completely smashed it out of the park! This place is a well-oiled machine! If you're looking for a salon that caters to your needs but also gives excellent hair advice + tips LOOK NO FURTHER!!
I was served by Chloe who took so much time discussing with me what I wanted. She also gave me heaps of professional advice about styles that would be hard to maintain afterwards. No one has done better highlights on me. Her cut style was also perfect. I think I've now found my permanent salon after years of searching.
